About Lisa

You love your life. You're just tired of being the one who has to hold all of it together.

As a kid growing up on Long Island, my friends wanted to ride their bikes to the candy store. I wanted to go to the crystal store. I was talking about Nostradamus at the middle-school lunch table and calling psychic hotlines at 3 a.m.

I was intuitive long before I had words for it — and long before anyone handed me a way to use it.

Then life got very real.

I became a mom, including a mom to a son with special needs. I learned what it means to advocate fiercely, navigate systems that don't always understand your child, and carry responsibilities that don't disappear because someone tells you to “make time for self-care.”

Generic wellness advice didn't fit my life. Energy work did — because it met me where I actually was, on the days I had nothing left to give and still had to show up.

That's when it stopped being something mystical and started being something practical. It's what let me put the weight down long enough to pick it back up again.

I see you

I understand the invisible battles.

The appointments. The meetings. The phone calls. The paperwork. The school fights. The judgment. The loneliness. The guilt. The moments when you wonder if anyone sees just how hard you are trying.

My work is about helping you come back to yourself — to breathe, release the fight or flight, reconnect with your intuition and have a steady foundation so you can keep going.

You don't have to be at your breaking point before you ask for support.

If you're the parent quietly saying, “Please send somebody to help me…”

I hear you.

Because that was me.

My philosophy

Healing should fit your real life, not require escaping it. You don't have to meditate every morning, understand chakras, or be “high vibe” to work with me. You can love your people fiercely and still be depleted. Both are allowed to be true.

I also volunteer with other special-needs parents — some of the strongest people I know, doing the work of showing up every day without much of a break.

This is the work I wish someone had handed me sooner.
